Delivery Information

SHIPPING CHARGES AND DELIVERY TIMES:

All sim orders can be placed through inquiry to info@secmobile.co.za

All SecMobile product pricing are including VAT and delivery charges will be quoted and invoiced to the receiver.

SecMobile is committed to delivering your sim cards accurately and on time, within 1 to 3 working days of your order confirmation. 

Once we have received a proof of payment and the amount has reflected, a notification, via email, will be sent with relevant courier tracking details. If an urgent delivery is required after the payment has been processed, proof of payment as well as an urgent request can be sent to info@secmobile.co.za.

ORDER DISPATCH NOTIFICATION:

A confirmation email will be sent once the shipment is ready with the relevant order information and a follow up mail will be sent with the courier tracking information.

IN CASE OF DELAY: 

We are committed to delivering your product on time and in the best condition.

Order timelines are provided as guidelines, taking into consideration normal circumstances.

SecMobile will NOT be accountable for delay’s due to payment authorization. 

Due to regulatory and operational restrictions, we do not provide cash on delivery option. 

We deliver across South Africa. Please be sure to provide full address (with landmarks, if any) with the area code and contact number (preferably mobile number of the individual receiving the package) 

If we are unable to deliver due to natural calamity e.g., Snowfall, Landslides, Floods, Earthquakes, Tsunamis etc. a credit note/refund for the unfulfilled order will be issued upon request.

TRANSIT RISK: 

- All SIM cards are fully insured at no extra cost to customers. If a Courier Company fails to deliver, customers will not suffer any loss. In-transit risk is at the expense of SecMobile. SecMobile will not be responsible for lost and stolen packages after being delivered at a customer's address by postal/courier agency. 

- If a shipment is lost in transit, there is a 5 working day waiting period, after confirmation from the customer that it has not arrived. After the confirmation, we will process and re-ship the order.   

ODER CANCELATION REQUEST: 

- Once an order has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled.

- Cancelation of an order must occur within 2 hours of an order being registered. 

- A refund/ credit will be transferred into your account within 48 hours of the cancelation request being confirmed.

TRANSIT RISK:

Our product shipments are insured at no extra cost to the customer, hence if the shipment is not delivered, you will not suffer any loss. However, we will not be responsible for lost and stolen packages post receipt of the package being delivered. 

TAXES & DUTIES: 

- Product Prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes or other charges except delivery charges.

CANCELATIONS AND RETURNS: 

Order can only be canceled within two hours of placing the order. 

Orders once shipped, cannot be canceled. 

A cancelation fee of 2% of the order value will be charged and you will get a refund of the remaining amount. 

We will initiate refund/add credit to your account within 48 hours of the cancelation receipt.
