How can I purchase a new sim?

How do I set up my new sim?

Once you have received confimation that your new sim has been activated, you can insert the sim into your device and follow the prompts of the welcome message. If you need asisstance please send us a WhatsApp or call to 067 868 6868.

What do I do if my sim is not working?

Please check the following if your sim is not active and working. Step 1: Reboot the sim - take it out the device and put it back in an restart the device. Step 2: Check the APN settings - go to "settings" - go to "connection" and/or "mobile netoworks" and select APN or "Access Point Names" Check that your APN iname is ws.next.mvno if it is not you can add an APN and type in the APN name Next360 and the APN ws.next.mvno and select add. Step 3: You can check the network mode by going to settings - mobile data - check that the preferred network mode is set to "auto". Step 4: You can restart your device again, if it is still not working please contact 067 868 6868.
